Embodied Woman is a sacred space crafted to guide you through the enchanting realms of self-love. I previously began this space as a self-paced breast massage program with occasional women's circles but over the years found that the power of this work really lies in that community connection. You'll get my pre-recorded breast massage course as a part of this experience, which stands out from other breast massage courses because I'm not just teaching you breast massage, I'm teaching you how to EASE into this practice and how to HOLD and ACCEPT whatever emotions come along on the journey.
Embodied Woman is a sensual self love program that's meticulously designed for your quest to fully embrace your breasts, to invite more pleasure into your life, and to cultivate profound, unshakeable self love.

Hi, I'm Cilia!
Oh my have I been on a journeyyyy with my boobs.
I used to HATE my boobs, I thought they were too small and comments from boys didn't help. (I was called the president of the itty bitty titty committee, lol)
Today, I proudly OWN my boobs. As they are. Which why it's an honor and dream come true to provide this breast massage course for women & non-binary souls to help you LOVE your body too!!
As I've shared my story, I've seen how much boob acceptance work is needed!!
So, I'm giving you the practices that changed what my inner experience of being a boob owner felt like!!
This offering comes straight from my heart and I regularly guide myself through the content inside.

One Monthly Women's Circle (first week of the month)
This is a ritual container for Nervous system grounding, feminine embodiment, self connection practice plus paired and group sharing.
Two Monthly Group Coaching Calls (second week of the month)
Live relationship, self love, and sexuality group coaching offered at two different days and times so that you can make it live.
Bring whatever you're navigating to these calls like:
• Relationship anxiety
• Boundaries
• Self-doubt
• Body shame
• People-pleasing
• Sister wound triggers
• Dating or partnership struggles
These calls are not recorded so women can show up vulnerably without performing or people-pleasing.
Two time options offered: Tues evening & Sun late morning
One Monthly Workshop or Guided Practice (third week of the month)

- First week of every month: Women's Circle on Tuesday from 7-8pm EST
- Second week of every month: Group Coaching call on Tuesday from 7-8pm EST and on Sunday from 11-12pm EST
- Third week of every month: Live Guided Practice call on Tuesday from 7-8pm EST
- No calls for the rest of the month for integration
